John, you are doing an awesome job and I am grateful for your ministry here at NCS! Press on brother!

In short, my own experience it is very simple. When my mental and spiritual focus is on me and my worldly strife, I end up drawing a blank. But when I sit down and start thinking of every good thing that I have been given and simply start writing it down (the hardest part is to stop the “noise” and start writing it down),, then the LORD WILL help, 100% of the time!! Without exception. He loves us to write about Him! And is waiting to help. So it is all about the condition of the heart. He wants our heart, and really nothing more. I can’t wait to meet you, brother! May you and your blessings be richly blessed!! Don Berry

    Hi Don!

Thanks so much for your comment and I agree 100% – – the LORD always steps in when we focus on Him instead of ourselves – – He’s just that way, right? Blessings on your songwriting, buddy! All the best, John
