Virtual Products and Coaching Indemnification

We do not offer refunds on the discontinued NCS Membership or on Kingdom Songwriter’s Academy. Due to the nature of “coaching” and “song critiques,” we do not offer refunds for differences of opinion or a “bad critique.” Any and all coaching “advice” or counsel received from John Chisum or any NCS associate cannot be construed in any way to guarantee commercial success for you, your songs, or for your intellectual properties.
