Virtual Products and Coaching Indemnification

We do not offer refunds on the discontinued NCS Membership or on Kingdom Songwriter’s Academy. Due to the nature of “coaching” and “song critiques,” we do not offer refunds for differences of opinion or a “bad critique.” Any and all coaching “advice” or counsel received from John Chisum or any NCS associate cannot be construed in any way to guarantee commercial success for you, your songs, or for your intellectual properties. Intellectual Property

All compositions (lyrics and melodies) uploaded herein or submitted in any way to this company are the sole property of its composer (you) and/or cowriters and shall in no way be deemed property of Nashville Christian Songwriters International LLC. Participation here is understood to be at your own full agreement with the foregoing, whether you choose to read these words or not. We strive for a safe and loving environment. Anyone choosing to make crude, snide, or demeaning remarks about anyone for any reason (including religious, theological, ethnic, orientation, gender, or whatever other things people choose to hate with) will be banned with no recourse. This is a safe place for all desiring to learn more about writing songs for and about Jesus Christ. If that offends you, we wish you well as you find another place to belong. If you ever have any questions, just ask us at info@nashvillechristiansongwriters.com.
